1. In-Shop Alterations

  • Consultation is free. You're charged only for completed work.

  • Cancellation: No fee if you cancel before the scheduled fitting.

  • Refunds: Full or partial refunds are issued if alterations are undone due to workmanship issues—subject to inspection and mutual agreement.

2. On-Demand Alterations ($150 Booking Fee)

  • Booking fee is non-refundable, as it reserves fitter time and travel.

  • Rescheduling or Cancellations:

    • Reschedule ≥24 hours in advance — you may reapply the fee to a new appointment.

    • If canceled <24 hours before, the fee is forfeited.

  • Service-related refunds: If you’re dissatisfied with the work (e.g., fit issues, missed deadlines), contact us within 3 days. We'll arrange adjustments or offer partial/full refund depending on the case.

3. General Terms

  • Rush orders with guaranteed 24–48 hr turnaround: no additional cancellation or refund terms unless delays are provider-side.

  • No refunds for “custom tailoring” once work has begun, unless issues are directly attributable to us.

  • All refunds processed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
